Tom and Ben are the Founders.

Tom, a Salon owner himself, has been in hair dressing for over 15 years, and found finding freelance professionals to join his Salon difficult, so wanted to help the community solve that.

Ben, comes from a business, and aviation background, so knows how important grooming standards are, having worn uniforms in the past.
